2. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between AMB Drive Services SAS (the "Provider") and any individual or legal entity wishing to use its services (the "Client").
Services offered include:
- Hybrid vehicle rental with or without driver
- Passenger transportation services (VTC)
- Airport transfers
- Vehicle provision for VTC professionals
3. Acceptance of Terms
Any order or booking implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Client acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions before validating their order.
4. Vehicle Rental Services
4.1 Rental Conditions
To rent a vehicle, the Client must:
- Be at least 21 years old (23 for certain vehicles)
- Hold a driving license B for at least 2 years (3 years for VTC professionals)
- For VTC professional rental: possess a valid VTC card
- Present a valid ID
- Provide proof of address less than 3 months old
- Have professional liability insurance (for VTC)
4.2 Rental Rates
Rental rates include:
- Comprehensive insurance with reduced excess
- Vehicle maintenance and servicing
- 24/7 breakdown assistance
- Replacement vehicle in case of breakdown
Current rates:
- Toyota Corolla Hybrid: €300/week
- Toyota RAV4 Hybrid: €350/week
- Kia Sportage Hybrid: €350/week
4.3 Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500 to €800 (depending on vehicle) is required when taking the vehicle. This deposit is refunded within 7 business days after returning the vehicle in good condition.
4.4 Rental Duration
Minimum rental period is one week (7 days). Shorter rentals may be accepted upon request with price supplement.
4.5 Vehicle Condition
The Client agrees to:
- Check vehicle condition upon pickup
- Immediately report any anomaly found
- Return vehicle in same cleanliness and maintenance condition
- Check fluid levels (oil, coolant) if necessary
4.6 Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle may only be used:
- By the renter designated on the contract
- In mainland France
- For declared use (professional VTC or individual)
- In compliance with traffic regulations
Prohibitions:
- Sub-renting or lending the vehicle
- Transport of dangerous goods
- Use for competitions or races
- Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs
5. Transportation Services (VTC)
5.1 Booking
Bookings can be made:

- Through online form
5.2 Pricing
Rates are calculated based on:
- Distance traveled
- Journey duration
- Vehicle type
- Possible supplements (luggage, waiting, night)
For airport transfers, a fixed rate is applied and communicated before booking.
5.3 Cancellation
By Client:
- Free cancellation up to 24h before ride
- Between 24h and 6h before: 50% charged
- Less than 6h before: 100% charged
By Provider:
In case of force majeure, the Provider reserves the right to cancel a ride. The Client will be fully refunded and informed as soon as possible.
5.4 Delays
The Provider commits to punctuality. If driver delay exceeds 15 minutes, Client may cancel without fees.
For airport transfers, flight tracking is included. No additional fees apply for flight delays (up to 1h).
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash (legal limit €1000)
- Bank transfer
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
6.2 Payment Deadlines
Vehicle rental: Payment upon booking or at vehicle pickup.
VTC rides: Payment at end of ride or by prior agreement for business clients.
6.3 Invoicing
An invoice is systematically issued for each service and sent by email within 48h.
7. Insurance and Liability
7.1 Vehicle Insurance
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance including:
- Civil liability
- All accident damages
- Theft and fire
- Glass breakage
An excess of €500 to €1000 (depending on vehicle) remains the renter's responsibility in case of responsible accident.
7.2 Client Liability
The Client is responsible for:
- Damages to vehicle during rental period
- Traffic violations committed with vehicle
- Vehicle theft in case of security instruction non-compliance
7.3 Accidents and Claims
In case of accident, Client must:
- Complete a full accident report
- Immediately notify Provider
- Not acknowledge responsibility without Provider's consent
- Provide all necessary documents for insurance claim

9. Personal Data Protection
In accordance with GDPR, personal data collected is used only for booking management and billing. It is never transmitted to third parties without consent.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
11. Modification of Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Applicable Terms are those in effect on order date.
